Mighty Audio Player not recognising Family Premium Account

Mighty Audio Player not recognising Family Premium Account

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to connect the Mighty Audio player to my Spotify Account. When trying to connect I just receive an error that I don't have a premium account. I have a family premium account, which according to Spotify is the same as a normal one.

 

Why is the player not connecting?

 

Is it just not possible with a family account? (worse case scenario, I'd have a paper weight)

 

Is Spotify / Mighty not communicating correctly so the family account is not recognised?

Hey there @twistedcore,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

As you have a Premium account, you should be able to use your Mighty device with no issues. We'd first recommend checking the steps here on how to get started using Spotify on your device.
