Missing Discover Weekly

I am a premium subscriber for several months but I still have not received a discover weekly playlist. If it's still just "rolling out" and hasn't gotten to me yet, that's fine, but as I get to a month out from the release of the feature, I am beginning to worry that it's never going to show up for me. Is there any reason this would happen? I am not a facebook user, so my account is a stand-alone account. Would this possibly affect my ability to get the discover weekly playlist?

I'm a FB user and I haven't received it yet. I have been a paying customer since 2010 or something.
