Missing Songs

I'm a bit confused and I don't know whether there is some sort of country restrictions.

Basically, I am trying to find and listen to Lollipop by Framing Hanley. When I search on my app it doesn't find the song, but if I search through Google it finds the song on spotify. But as soon as I go to play it the song disappears again.

Any know what's going on?
