Missing albums from artists

As an avid country music fan, why are some albums missing from certain artists?  I’ve noticed a number of artists that don’t have all their albums on Spotify, and I’d love to see them on here sometime.  I’ve seen some artists’ music pop up on here recently, and while that makes me happy, the wish list still comprises of:

Changes - Tanya Tucker

The Coast Of Colorado - Skip Ewing

New Beginnings - David Wills

Beneath The Texas Moon - J.C. Crowley

When Love Is Right - Charly McClain, Wayne Massey

Any missing album from Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers

Anything from the country music band Bandana (reference Tim Mensy or Lonnie Wilson for who this band is, they had some awesome music in the mid ‘80s)

Schuyler, Knobloch and Overstreet - S-K-O

Hopefully these come to the library in 2025.  Never hurts to ask.  Happy holidays everybody!

We’d love to have all the music, videos, and podcasts in the world on Spotify, and we hope it will ever be! However, there’s content that’s not currently available (or whose availability differs between countries). It all depends on permission from rights holders, and it's up to them which content to upload to our platform.

We add new content every day, so if you can’t find something, it may appear (or reappear) soon.

Is there a way to see unavailable albums on spotify, and encourage rights holders to grant permission and upload them?  For example, The Stranglers have many albums, some available and listed, others unavailable and not listed.  Apparently the only way to discover e.g. https://open.spotify.com/album/4fPlVgzcM6u1M6xJoYJ6wK, is by an external web search.  I'd like to see each artists full discography on spotify, albums available and unavailable, with some contact mechanism to rights holders.  For example the page for the album above shows "© 2004 Parlophone Records Ltd...".  How about making that copyright message a clickable link to a rights holder?
