[Mobile] Only Downloaded Songs Play when Off Wifi

Whenever I am not on Wifi, I can only play the songs I have downloaded. This is even with a secure internet connection. I've tried restarting the app, signing in and out, turning on and off the offline mode and nothing solves the problem. If I want to listen to anything before I go out of my house, I have to download it before leaving. This is incredibly frustrating.

We can understand how such situation could be frustrating, so let's try help you troubleshoot here. First off, it's worthwhile restarting the app (to log out and then to log back in) twice in a row. This may sound odd but it's how the app does a refresh. If this doesn't shake things up and correct the behavior of the app, then it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This is more thorough than the normal one and ensures that no cached data will cause interference with the new installation of your app.
