My Question or Issue

Hi,

The music length in my spotify is showing NaN. I have tried to reinstall the app/login logout. But none of it helped.

I  would be grateful for any help,

Best,

Maria

Hey there @maria7sargsyan

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community, and welcome ๐Ÿ™‚

We understand youโ€™ve already tried reinstalling. However, weโ€™d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if you notice any difference when you start playing music?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

But there is no solution for Linux

Hey @maria7sargsyan,

Thanks for getting back to us and apologies for the confusion.

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using your account to see if they can replicate this?

Also, remember to let us know if this happens even when you're listening to some music.

Keep us posted!

Hi,
I have log-in-ed into spotify with another account and still the problem stays. Also I can't resolve the web-player issue. It says "Something happened" both in Chrome and Firefox. If at least the web player issue would be solved, it would be useful.
Best,
Maria

Hey @maria7sargsyan,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop ๐Ÿ™‚

It's a good idea to check the hosts file. We'd suggest you also clear the cache and cookies.

If the issue persists, you can try with another network to see if anything changes.

In case nothing changes, could you send us a screenshot of the error message? We'll look into this further.

Keep us posted! We'll be right here if you have any questions.
