My DUO plan doesn't work, cannot use it while my wife is using it.

My DUO plan doesn't work, cannot use it while my wife is using it.

This is bothersome, and annoying that I have to rely on community members instead of a non-existent customer service option for an answer. Wife joined a year ago, paying for DUO, established as DUO partners, cannot use app simultaneously. Drag.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. If you and your wife cannot play simultaneously, i.e. when one of you starts something, it interrupts whatever the other was doing, that means you are both logged into the same account. Go to your respective account pages, and double check the correct usernames and email addresses of your accounts. Then, you should log out and then back in, making sure that you both use the correct login details for your own accounts. Then, everything should work as expected and you will be able to control your playback independently from one another.
