My Spotify will no longer save songs, and I've tried both logging out and reinstalling it

Hi,

So about a week ago, every time I tried to save songs on my Spotify on either my Mac or my iPhone, it wouldn't appear on the other device with Spotify. Then, within a few hours, it would be gone from the one which I originally saved it to. Basically, every time I save a song, it gets deleted or disappears quickly.

I looked for advice and was recommended to log out or try and reinstall, both of which I did for both of my devices, but it didn't fix the problem.

Does anyone have a solution? If this doesn't get fixed soon, I feel like I shouldn't pay premium anymore. I pay it so I can explore my music interests, but if I can't save my tracks, it's not worth it.
