My account was close and incant get it back i don't have a computer

I lost one paiment because my card was jacked and now i can’t put in my new one

What's the exact error you're getting? In any case, if you're still facing issues making payments, consider the following:

  • If your attempts are repeatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attempts can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds on the payment method you're trying to use
  • Make sure the country of the payment method matches that of your account
  • Try with different payment methods
  • Try in an incognito window, as well as on different devices and in different networks. If you have a VPN, deactivate it.
