My display name/profile is not coming up in the search results on spotify

Hi everyone,
I created a Spotify account for my brand/music blog. In order to make the playlists I make more easily accessible I would like them to be available in the search results however they do not pop up. I read an article saying that spotify now chooses your username and you can only edit your display name however my display name is nowhere to be found when searching and its not a common display name. Only two other profiles show up and their names are slightly different. Is there a way I can make this searchable without using the random generated key string?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Well, in this case, it's important to keep in mind that your account has 2 names: your username and your display name.
 

We use your username to identify you on Spotify, so it can't be changed. You don't need to remember it to log in. You can use your email and password.
 

The display name, on the other hand, replaces the username that appears on your profile, app and playlists. You can change it as many times as you want. You can read all about it here.

That being said, we'd recommend looking at your account page so you can clarify which is which. Once you've done that, you can try both of them to search your profile. You can refine the search by selecting the tag Profiles, just under the search bar. It looks like this in the desktop app:

Make sure to put the exact name you see on your account page on the search bar so the search is more accurate.

I want to follow other users, some of which are on my same premium family plan. But I can't find them. I am staring at their account on their phone searching specifically for their user and it doesn't exist. And Spotify tells me that 0 of my facebook friends use spotify. I have no access to other users for some reason.

when I or my friends search my profile, two people come up and neither of them is me. We can't find my profile. I am connected via facebook. my profile name is Lucas Sivertsen
