My new duo premium account addresses me in Zulu, rejects my email address e

I have just purchased a duo account. I cannot add my email as it says it already exists. I also received a sms with a receipt in Zulu. My cellphone number has been mine for at least ten years however it was previously in use. How do I make sure I'm paying for a service I will actually receive. My partner clicks on the invitation but then gets asked to subscribe?

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

No worries, you can always check your subscription status on your Account page. There, you can also check the email address you registered on your account and if you want, you can modify it as well. 

 

On another note and just to confirm, have you followed these steps to send the invite? If so, could you send us some screenshot of what your partner sees when they click on the invite? You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
