My personal Playlist are playing songs that I have not added.

When I play a Playlist I've created I only want the songs in the Playlist to play. Lately it will play songs Not in the list.

Is the Smart Shuffle setting enabled on your end? It could be what's adding the song recommendations. Looks like this:
 

If this isn't the culprit and you're on the free tier of the app, keep in mind that Spotify will auto-populate your playlist with songs until you have 15 and playing on demand will not be possible, as it is a Premium feature.

If neither suggestion helps out, we'd like to ask you to share more details regarding your issue with us.
When do the recommendations appear - is it in-between songs or after the playlist ends? A screenshot of your play queue when this happens would be of help 🙂
