My phone when connected to my car via usb randomly cuts out, why?

No matter the song, downloaded or not, at random songs will cut out for 1-2 seconds and i can see on my radio it never skips but the audio cuts out. This does not happen when listening via bluetooth for headphones and this does not happen on my pc.
I've tried to restart my phone, redownload the app, log out and log back in, clearing cashe and no luck... I am using an iphone 13 on app version 8.9.90.84

Sorry I forgot to mention in the original post but my phone and the app are up to date and current. Is there another post where resetting the settings helped because I don't want to do it for no reason and loose my passwords.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, since you mentioned you connect your phone via USB to your car, we'd suggest you try using a different cable to see if you notice any difference.

Additionally, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• Does this happen if you open a different account on your device? You can ask for the account of a relative or a friend to open it on your device and check.
• Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? If possible, you can connect to WiFi, or perhaps create a hotspot with a different mobile device.

Sorry i've been so long but I have tried three different cables (even a brand new apple one), I will have to make another account to test that out, I haven't tried to switch my internet connection but I have tried to change my streaming quality and download quality and it still cuts in and out
