My playlists dissapeared

My playlists dissapeared

Hi, I logged in my Spotify account for windows and realized all my playlists had dissapeared. I tried to recover them through the website but it didn't show any playlist to be recovered. I would be very thankful if you guys could help me. Thank you!

I have the same issue.  I no longer wanted to login with Facebook, so I created a new account -- and connected my Facebook friends manually.  As soon as I did it -- poof -- all my playlists gone.  And, same issue -- I tried to recover them via the website, but it says they are empty.  

 

Please help me get them back -- I had some amazing play lists in there!

@FelipeLaydner It sounds like you may have logged in with an email adress instead of a username or the other way around. Can you log out and back in to see if you can get back to the right account?

I think the problem Started when I connected my new account with my facebook. I had spotify connected with facebook and was using it as my account when I was living in San Diego. When I came back to Brazil, I had to create a new account with my email because the old one wouldn't change the location. Then, I tried to connect the new account with facebook and I think it overwrote my information or something similar. I've just seen a similar situation at the community and found out I could try to disconect facebook from my account and then things would get back to what it was. But now that I did it, I have 2 accounts with the same information. I don't know what else to do... 😕

If you created a new account that'll be why you no longer have your playlists.

Hello Grace.  Thanks for the note.  I sent a note from the link that you listed below -- I didn't receive a response from Spotify.  I just resent the same note to the link below in hopes that it would work this time.

 

I would love to get back to my music -- and I'm hoping I can get the playlists back.  I just keep looking at a blank list -- and I can't bare to rebuild them all again.  I'm stuck in iTunes hell right now -- please help!

 

Any suggestions on how to get my issue fixed?  This is what I sent in my note via the link you provided:

You should get an automated email reply when you submit a case via the contact form. If you reply directly to that email it will make sure it reaches a member of the team. 😉

I've been having trouble login with spotify due to bonding with my facebook account , so I disconnected my facebook account with spotify and have now gone all my playlists and my followers , spotify now is like new . How I can get my previous state to this problem ?

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
