I am reaching out to seek guidance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to migrate my podcast from Anchor to Spotify for Podcasters. Last month, I followed the instructions to migrate my podcast, but recently, my listeners informed me that they could no longer access my episodes at the previous URL. Upon logging into my Spotify for Podcasters account, I discovered that no episodes were listed, suggesting that the migration process might have been unsuccessful, and my podcast data may have been lost.
What can I do for it?

I don't know where else to turn. I have logged now 37 hours talking to your specialist team for Spotify for creators regarding my podcast. I have sent over 75 screenshots and recordings to them with no resolution. I have tried emailing and no response. My podcast ever since you have done this migration from Anchor to Spotify for creators, I have been unable to access my podcast. 

 

If I login with email, it says the account does not exist, even though I can login to Spotify. If do it with my facebook account, I can login to Spotify for creators, but my podcast (The Data Science Interview Prep Podcast) cannot be found. 

 

When I use the private RSS to attach it to my account, it seems to work and says it will move the files over, but after 1hr, I always just get an issue stating that I do not have access to view this.

 

The issue is clearly a backend issue that occurred during the migration. Can anyone help? Have put a lot of work into this podcast. 

I have over a 1,000 USD in this account and your outsourced team have been just keeping me on the line in order to not escalate the issue. They keep on requesting the same screen shots over and over. I have once spend 7 hours speaking to them without any resolution.
