Se me hicieron 2 pagos en menos de 1 mes uno fue el 28 de noviembre y el otro hoy 14 de diciembre!!!

Hi there.

 

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. A possible reason for this is if one of your payments failed a couple of times before it was charged successfully. Check your payment receipts and the receipts on your account page to check this. If everything is in order there, consider checking if you have multiple accounts, see here.

Tengo el premium cancelado y me sigue cobrando ya e intentado de todo nececito hablar con algún operador

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

Since you mentioned you have already canceled the subscription, it’s possible you have another Premium account. If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

 

Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Perhaps you subscribe to a different account that was registered with one of those methods. Try logging in with these to check.
