Need help deleting a playlist

So I had a playlist with my Ex and I deleted or left it bc I shared it with her, and I won't show up in the app but it keeps showing up on my Carplay and Alarms and such. I really don't want to keep seeing this, please help anyone.

As a first step, can you please let us know what type of playlist this was? Was it a Blend, a collaborative playlist, or a regular one?

Also, have you tried logging out and back in a few times or reinstalling the Spotify app to see if that changes anything?
