I moved your topic from the Ideas Section, as this seems more like a bug. 

Is this happening on your desktop or mobile app? Or on both? 

Which is the version of your Spotify app? 

Make sure to check for updates, as this might be an issue related to a specific version of Spotify. 

Also try to log out and log back in the app. 

Still no luck? Maybe it's worth to try clear re-installation of the app, as this usually helps for many ongoing issues like this.
