New songs not being saved on pc & phone.

For the last week or so every time I save an album to my music on laptop and phone I can see them until I close and reopen. then new ones are gone. also offline downloads disappear the same way. deleted & reinstalled on both keeps happening. this is starting to annoy me as a premium member. you are testing my patient & wasting my data available by not being able to listen offline. lets get this fixed. if I'm still doing something wrong, let me know. thanks.

also let it be known that I have added all the same albums to my newest playlist and they havent disappeared from there. have readded those albums to my music at least five times and always lose them.
