Nike + Run app Music not playing using cell signal

Nike + Run app Music not playing using cell signal

I recently switched from Apple Music to Spotify. I use the Nike + Run app to track my runs and have linked my premium account with the app.  But the music is not playing while using the cell signal, if I connect to Wifi it the music loads and plays.  I contacted my provider (T-Mobile) and they insisted everything was ok on their side and that I should contact Spotify... So here I am.  Has anyone experienced this issue? Are there any work arounds?  

 

It is a shame because, the Nike + Run integration was one of the main incentives that made me switch from Apple Music and it's not working.

 

I am using and iPhone X on the latest software.
