No Network Connection on Apple TV

No Network Connection on Apple TV

I have updated my Apple TV and app but it still says No Network Connection when I try to use the app on my apple TV

Welcome to the Community!

 

Did you notice when this started happening? Was it after a particular update of the app for example? Have you changed any internet settings by any chance?

 

To start troubleshooting and if you haven't already, could you check if the firmware of the Apple TV has any pending updates?

 

We also recommend restarting you router and trying with a different internet connection if that's possible to test if it'd make any difference.

 

If there's no change you could also send us a photo of the error message and you can attach it via the Insert Image option in the post editor.
