Could you give us a bit more info on what's happening on your end? What device does this issue occur with? A short screen recording which captures the app's behavior, along with the exact version of Spotify would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't already, try logging out and signing back in to your account - this triggers an internal refresh of the app that may help here. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. If possible, check if the issue persists on another device (a friend's or a relative's would do) or on the Web Player.
