My Question or Issue

Hello,

 

 I have no sound when I cast spotify on chromecast from all my other devices (iOS, Windows, etc ...)

I have this issue from the start I have a chromecast (3/4 month ago).

All my version of spotify are up to date and same for the operating system of my device.

 

Any other with this issue ?

Hey @LoMaKo, help's here.

 

Try restarting all your devices (and speakers). Check to make sure the volume is turned all the way up on your mobile device or tablet. Use your TV remote to control the volume up and down.

 

Also, make sure that:

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software.
  • If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps.
