No unblock option, can't follow people I've blocked

My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm not able to see an unblock option for a profile I've blocked, and I can't follow them either. I've cleared the data and reinstalled the app on both my phone and laptop. Even though I blocked them and can't follow them, the menu continues to show only a "block" option and not "unblock."

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

Can you send us a screenshot of how the mentioned profile page looks like when you click the 3-dot menu next to their profile picture in your cellphone? It'd also be helpful if you send us the exact Spotify version you have currently running on both devices (mobile and laptop).

On another note, just to confirm, did you notice if the same happens with the web player? It'd be awesome if you could check. Keep in mind that if the user is blocked, you can't follow them.

Lastly, note that if they've also blocked your profile from their account, it might not be possible to unblock each other.
