Not able to play podcasts

iPhone XR and IPad Air 4th gen

Software: iPhone: 14.8.1 IPad: 15.1

My Question or Issue

I am not able to play podacasts on either device. I will hit the play button on the podcast and nothing will happen. It won’t even give me an error message. I can see that I am hitting the button because it gets slightly darker when I hit but nothing happens. I tried it both connected to Wi-Fi and disconnected using data .Podcast were working just fine yesterday but don’t know what changed.

Looks like this was fixed shortly after the problem started. You should be able to listen to podcasts now.
