Not loading on my samsung TV

The first time worked but now Spotify won't load on my samsung TV. I,ve updated the TV firmware but still no joy. note it was working then just stopped loading . Also tried to delete the spotify app but it won't let me.

It's not cool that this happens. Let us know the error you're receiving when trying to reinstall the app. 

Are you able to log in, but the app doesn't load?

I am not receiving any error message. It appears the screen that I posted without login . Finally I solved the problem making a tv factory reset.

I have the exact same problem.  Only thing I can think that changed, was that I changed my password online so I could add songs to my playlist.  Seems that ever since I changed my password (using my computer), now it won't load on my samsung tv!
