Not working after less than a week in another country during Christmas vacation

My Question or Issue

Went to Bali for Christmas holidays, and after 3 days Spotify doesn't work normally neither on iPhone nor on MacBook. It can't open anything that requires download from Internet and can only play offline available songs if Internet is disconnected.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far to test if anything will make a difference?

If this is happening across devices and in case it's possible, try connecting to a different network both on your iPhone and MacBook. Additionally make sure there aren't any local restrictions which may be causing this and if you're using a VPN I recommend that you disable it as it can cause different performance issues.

Lastly, it'd be very helpful if you could ask a relative for example to check if the behavior persists for them on their device(s).
