Dear Spotify Support Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to purchase Spotify Premium. The OTP required for completing the purchase does not arrive on the first attempt. It only gets delivered after multiple tries, which makes the process inconvenient and time-consuming.

I am facing an issue with OTP delivery for Spotify Premium. It's not arriving on the first attempt, making the purchase process inconvenient. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

At the moment, we haven't received other reports regarding the OTP to complete the payment. So in this case, to make sure we covered all the basics, would you mind trying from an incognito window or a different browser to see if it makes any difference?

 

If the issue persists, we’d recommend trying it from a different device, making sure you're using your own account. If you don't have another device available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

 

Lastly, since this could be also related to the network connection, would you mind trying with a different Wi-Fi network? You can use your mobile data in case you don't have another network available.
