One Song Previewing in WebPlayer for One Person

I am linking to this playlist: https://play.spotify.com/user/nyualumni/playlist/6PHDdHtd9Pe1yfMLCMc2Eufrom our website. It's weird, because everyone is prompted to log-in except one user.

The URL is automatically embedding. It is https://play[dot]spotify[dot]com/user/nyualumni/playlist/6PHDdHtd9Pe1yfMLCMc2Eufrom

She sees the attached screenshot, where the first song is only showing the preview.

I am unable to create this problem on any other coworkers, who are all using the same devices and internet connection. I am tried it with free users and premium users.

Any idea how she is getting to this page that no one else can see and why it would
