Onkyo TX-NR656 Spotify not working

I just bought an this receiver and when I go to "net" and then to Spotify, it just brings up the playing screen without giving me a chance to login. I can't play from it. Yes, I have done the firmware update.

I figured out my network was slow and it was simply not loading...

I can't connect to Spotify using the TX-NR656 and I have plaenty of speed. It shows the spotify word on the receiver screen but does nothing else. No connection to a username and password screen. any ideas?

hi gyus. even before last update i am facing new problem that spotify can be opened in onkyo but i am not able to play music from onkyo even when i tried send song frlom mobile i check app in mobile by trying to send song to computer and it works well.

aby ideas? mine was to apply last firmware. and i have GLAN everywhere which should be OK with the speed, or is there any test for internet?
