Oooops, something went wrong. Reload

Hello, I'm having a persistent issue with the web player.

whenever I go to the featured tab or "made for you" tab I get a red notification says "Oooops, something went wrong. Reload", no need to say that reloading doesn't change a thing. I clear browser cache, tried incognito, still the same and that's happening on multiple devices.

 

using chrome on windows 10

Are you still not able to access the 'Made For You' tab? 

If yes, could you check if that happens only in the web player? And be sure to check if that happens in other browsers as well. ^^

Hello, I'm having the same issue with the web player.

Whenever I go to the "featured" tab or "made for you" tab I get a red notification says "Oooops, something went wrong. Reload". I tried:

  • Windows 10 on chrome(incognito mode too) and Microsoft edge(inprivate mode too)
  • macOS Mojave on chrome(incognito mode also)
  • I also made a throwaway account(on win 10 chrome), the "made for you" and "featured" tabs work on it so could this just be my account ?

This only happens on the web player everything seems to work fine on the android app
