Outdated Music Taste

Hey there,

I had last used Spotify Premium in 2014, left, and returned yesterday. I couldn't be happier, but Spotify is giving me recommendations for music that I don't enjoy like I used to. How long will it take for Spotify to relearn my tastes and give me more relevant recommendations? On a similar note, my Discover Weekly playlist hasn't been updated since 2016. Will that get updated as normal next Monday?

Great to hear you came back to Spotify. We understand your recommendations might be outdated because of this, but we can assure you that this will change, and the more frequently you use Spotify, the faster the change will come to you. This also goes for your Discover Weekly, which may take up to a couple of weeks before getting updated.
