PS4 App not working properly

Hi,

Due to some problems with my WiFi-connection i ended up resetting my PS4 (don't ask why) and changing my connection to a wired one. That solved all problems i had but it created a new one. I can't log in on my Spotify app on PS4. The app just stops with the three loading dots. I've tried to uinstall the app on numerous occasions and log out all of my devices but that doesn't change a bit. Do anyone here know a solution?

That doesn't sound nice.

I searched a bit trough the boards and I've found a possible solution.

Try to change your Playstation MTU to 1450.

Hey Nico!

Thanks for your suggestion but that didn't get the job done. The app is still freezing on the loading screen with the tree dots unfortunately. 😞

Well I reported the same problem and no help for me.. And i didnt reset anything. The app well just started doing that. So the problem is with you guys. Alot of people are having it. I can't use the app and I will not get my premium days back I guess...

Spotify is aware of this issue. And they're currently looking into this. ^^

Sorry for late answer - hasn't had the time to test it before now. But yes - it is still a problem. Is it general or is it only me and a few others who's having this problem?

Still not working. I have reinstalled it four times today:p

not sure what information you need but, im am currently using: spotify version 1.01

and my ps4 is running version 3.50.

both are currently the latest version available.
