[PS4] Can't play songs

Hey,

First, sorry for my bad english, I'm German.

I've got the problem, that I can't play any songs on my PS4.. I use this app since a couple of weeks or months and never had problems with it. But yesterday I bought Premium and now it doesn't work anymore. When I wanna start a song, it just switches to the next one, still in Break-Mode. Sometimes it plays just a second of one song and stops again. 

I tried to reinstall it, but it didn't help.

On the phone the app works perfect.

Has anyone an idea what to do?

I've got the exact same problem. They are not able to help. Just give up. I tried everything.

I already thought this was entirely random at my end but appears to be more widespread
