PS4 Connection

I'm trying to get onto Spotify on my brother's PS4 to simply log out, but a connection error continues to pop up. I got my own PS4 and am trying to link my Spotify account to my PSN account but can't until I can log out of my brother's PSN account. Any ideas? Wifi is fine and working. Just can't get in.

This has been since Christmas and no one has helped!! I finally just found _where_ I log out/in on the psn settings after weeks. And now I've found it, I have the same "error occurred during communication with the server" This feature is working with other services, but Spotify is the only one not responding.
