Spotify for Ukraine launched yesterday. How long does it take to wait for the application to appear in the market for PS4?

Just talked to Spotify Support (with the saved chat) and I was told I should update my playstation or contact Sony. Are you guys joking? 

Go to Sony and tell them to allow Spotify App and fix their support page:

I solved that problem with creating a new acc on PS4 where spotify is working.
