PS4 Problems

So for the last few months I’ve been having issues with Spotify in my PlayStation, where if I tried to shuffle my playlists then Spotify would only shuffle the songs within 10-20 songs of the one it started with. This then got to the point where my PlayStation refused to shuffle any songs at all and just played them in the order they are in the playlist, but now it’s at the point where no song plays at all. I’ll connect to the PlayStation through my phone, press play and it won’t start the song at all. Any help is greatly appreciated
