PS4 playback issues

My Question or Issue
After a few seconds of playback it will jump back about 5 seconds or even just a half second, i have tried restarting the system and even jsut restarting the app. nothing fixes it

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this? If you do, we’d first recommend trying a clean reinstall of the Spotify app since this makes sure you get the latest app version and remove any corrupted files from previous installations. If it doesn't help, try if you experience the same on another device to check if the issue might be device-related.
