PSN Linked already, can't log in

I'm attempting to sign in to my spotify account  and it keeps saying that the account is already linked and I should log in with the playstation account. I've logged in once before on that same account but now it doesnt work. I tried to see if any other accounts on my PS4 were linked but i've signed them all out. I tried connecting using the app, same thing. I've also reinstalled spotify onto the ps4 to see if that would change anything. still not a tihng changed. How do I unlink the account?

Whoops, I've fixed it myself. Turns out I was signed in to an account I just didnt check it properly
