Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and welcome.

It's possible that there's a delayed payment on your account and this might be the reason why you're being charged twice in the same month. We'd recommend reaching out to our Support team here so they can check your account and provide further info.

The Community will be here if anything else comes up.

d)  Usuario:   r_vazquez48

e)   País:  México

Hey there @r_vazquez48,

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

You can cancel the subscription on the account you no longer plan to use by following the steps here. As for your playlists, here's a way to transfer them on your new account (I recommended using the desktop app for this):

  1. Log in to the account where your playlists are currently located, set them to Public and make sure they're added to your profile (you can manually add them from the playlist's three dots menu).
  2. To do this with your Liked Songs, open the playlist on the desktop app, select all songs with Ctrl + A / Cmd + A, then right-click on one of them > Add to playlist > New Playlist. Make sure this new playlist is also public and is showing on your profile.
  3. Now click on your profile picture in the top-right corner > Profile, and then three dots > Copy link to profile. You'll need this link soon.
  4. Sign out from your old account and log in to your new one, then paste the link to your profile you copied in the app's search bar and press Enter. This will open your old account with your playlists.
  5. Now open each playlist, click the three dots menu > Add to other playlist > New playlist. This will save it to your new account's library. Repeat the process for all of your playlists. You can rename them after the transferring process is complete.
  6. After you've successfully transferred your playlists, you can close the old account by following the steps here. This helps avoid possible confusion in the future.

Hope this info helps. Cheers 🙂
