Pausing the Radio Drama I am listening to, restarts the ads when I resume

My Question or Issue

I just started listening to the Twilight Zone Radio Drama today (He's Alive).  About 7 minutes into the first episode I was listening to, I had to pause it in order to do something away from my desk.

When I came back and hit play, the ads I listened to at the beginning of the "show" restarted - and trying to move forward or backwards just restarted the ads again.

I had to relisten to what I had already heard including the ads in order to get back to where I was in the story.

I feel this shouldn't be happening?

Does it happen only with this podcast and does it happen every time you un-pause after a specific time period? If yes, how long do you need to be away in order to effectively reproduce the issue and is it always the same ad you've already heard that appears?
