My Question or Issue

When I am trying to listen music outside home, app doesn't allow it. Music stop in middle of song or then it just jump into next song and back to original and not allow to listen anything. Songs are just going back and forth. Then it gives me text "voice operated". Even if I try to stop playing or press pause, app doesn't allow it. It just keeps repeating songs back and forth. It only stops if I log out. It started to do this few days ago. I have updated my phone, re-installed the app and nothing helps. Any ideas what can I do?

Apologies for the delayed reply, we've just come across this thread.

If you're still having this issue try running a clean reinstall of the app. This includes deleting the app data, which can sometimes cause playback issues. Follow the steps in this guide to do that.

Also, let us know if this happens when you have headphones connected or when you're playing from the phone's speaker as well.
