Playing in a private(ish) setting

Playing in a private(ish) setting

I am in the United States and wondering if I need to use Spotify or purchase a Soundtrack subscription to play music for a church dance. It is a church sponsored event, with no entrance fee to the participants. I imagine I need Soundtrack but I figured I'd ask first.

Hey @HiYae24,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

Please note that Spotify is allowed only for private, non-commercial use. Regrettably this isn't the case in the scenario you described. We recommend that you indeed have a look at Soundtrack Your Brand, we're sure that you'll be able to find a fitting solution there 🙂

Hope this help. If you have any questions the Community is always here for you.
