Playing on different speakers at the same time

Hi I would like to play on two devices at the same time for a house party. I.e. one speaker in each room both connected to Spotify. is this possible? Thanks

Hey @bakhtiarwain,

Unfortunately Spotify allows streaming only to one device at a time. If you have premium you can download your playlists on one device and set it to offline mode which will allow you to play music on two devices. But there is no way to automatically sync what you are playing to be the same on the 2 devices.

Several speaker manufacturers produce Spotify Connect-compatible speakers that can be grouped together to achieve this.

Thanks; I want to play the speakers in sync so assume it is not possible

With grouped together, I mean playing in sync with each other. For instance, browse models here and check if they support "multiroom": https://www.spotifygear.com/type/wifi/.
