Playing on multiple devices with a family account

Playing on multiple devices with a family account

I've upgraed to a family account to to listen on different devices in the house. But it doesn't seem to be possible? Is it possible? And if not, what's the point of a family account ... don't you just create separate playlists and save the money?

Hey there!

A Family Plan allows you to have up to 6 separate accounts where you can listen to music separately. If you want those different devices to play music independently and at the same time, each of them need to be logged into a separated account.

If you haven't fully configured your Family Plan yet, you can find how to create the accounts and link them here: https://support.spotify.com/us/article/invite-remove-family-member/.

Hope you find this useful 😊
