My Question or Issue

It is impossibile to update a playlist previously downloaded on Gear S3. To do this, i always have to delete the playlist, log off the app, log on and then i can update and download again the playlist. Moreover, the menu items are partly in English and partly in Italian. It seems that this app has been abandoned by dev team. I have a Premium account. Fix it please.

Hey @nick1964, help's here.

 

When you add a song to a playlist, make sure that both of your apps are not in Offline Mode, and the devices are not offline. Doo the new songs pop up so you can donwload them to your watch?

 

After that, we recommend that you reinstall the app on both your devices.
