Playlist songs jumping

Hello,
All of my playlists seem to be jumping around, and it's really getting me rather confused. I usually play from most recent added, but old songs keep popping up at the top - even when I'm not logged in.

Anything would be helpful at this point. Thank you!

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

First thing to try is a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This makes sure any corrupted files and cache from previous installations will get removed from the device. Follow these steps on how to do that. 

If the issue persists, try cleaning up your hosts file by following the steps provided here.
