Playlist which cannot be opened or deleted.

I recently made a playlist, but it seem I cannot open or delete the playlist in any way. Even opening this playlist via Mac Desktop App or Spotify Web gives an error. The worst bit is I cannot even delete it, since pressing delete does absolutely nothing. This seems like a bug, and I was wondering if there is a way to purge all playlists on my account.

I don't think there is a way to delete all playlists at once.
However, since you have already tried all methods on removing your broken playlist, I suggest you contact Support via the contact form, or on Twitter/Facebook (@SpotifyCares).

They can help you remove the bad playlist.
