Playlist won't load - web player and windows desktop

My problems with Spotify continue to grow. First Windows Phone app stopped working (hangs on splash screen), now I am getting troubles while using web player and Windows desktop app - my playlist won't load. The desktop app load only starred playlist, web player loads nothing, only spinner appears. I've tried to log out from all devices but that didn't help. Is my account corrupted? I am premium subscriber and I have never had this issues before. Only iOS app on my iPhone seems to be working fine.

Click on this link, maybe it will show up some playlists...This is my only answer on that because the "Starred" Playlist is not deletable
