Playlists contain different songs on Windows vs on iOS app.

Was listening to the Spotify "Classic Road Trip Songs" playlist on my phone. Tried to switch it to my desktop which had the Spotify program open. Got a "can't play this right now" message.

Upon further investigation, discovered that the song I was trying to play (Your Love by The Outfield) was not on the desktop version of the playlist, but was on my phone's version of the playlist. Also discovered that a few other songs were missing from the desktop version of the playlist.

I confirmed that this was not due to the playlist being presented in a different order. I also restarted the phone app and desktop app, and made sure everything was up to date.
